Senior Director Operations & Development
Ed joins us from Marriott where he was Director of Food & Beverage Europe, working on restaurant and bar design, operations and strategy for all brands.
Prior to this, he worked in independent restaurants, bars and luxury hotels in London, opening the world renowned Artesian at The Langham Hotel and re-launching the SAVOY. He then joined the London-based consultancy, Gorgeous Group, specializing in concept development and implementation. In this role, he worked with corporate hotel groups, independent hotels, and free-standing restaurants and bars around the world.
His understanding of hotel operations combined with his years of experience designing and operating independent restaurant and bars positions him perfectly for overseeing the growth of Pure Grey.
