Guy has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. He grew up in a family of hoteliers. He is vastly experienced in hospitality, ranging from country-house hotels, Michelin-star restaurants, the Royal families, heads of state and the Commonwealth, the Diplomatic Corp, luxury five-star hotels and resorts, bespoke private events and the airline industry, in addition to food and beverage research and development.
Guy has been fortunate enough to work with some of the very best in the industry, including Daniel Boulud, Jean George Vongerichten, Alain Ducasse, Alain Passard and Mario Batali. This wealth of experience in and out of the kitchen has given Guy the tools needed to develop, operate and oversee our portfolio of restaurants and bars.
