Director of Operations
Kerry is a former attorney with a specialization in Intellectual Property. She returned to hospitality in 2011 as General Manager of a high-volume neighborhood restaurant in New York’s West Village. From there she became the General Manager of The Breslin, a Michelin-starred restaurant at Ace Hotel New York, and went on to oversee all of the restaurants and bars at this iconic hotel.
From there, Kerry moved to the Standard, East Village, as Food and Beverage Director. She oversaw the opening of narcbar, a new restaurant on property, as well as the rollout of the Standard’s wildly popular “Wintergarden” activation.
Kerry moved to Los Angeles and became Food and Beverage Director at Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, a property with a 1600-seat theater and multiple F&B outlets. She returns to New York and joins Pure Grey to oversee the strategic development of our operating restaurants and bars.
