Mica joins us from the Four Seasons Mexico City where he led the signature cocktail experience since 2013, including the launch of the hotel’s innovative gastrobar concept Fifty Mils. Mica left behind nuclear physics and electronics engineering studies to pursue his true passion: mixology. He began working in restaurants and bars at age 16 and opened his own bar in Paris at 22.
Prior to joining Four Seasons, Mica worked at Nikki Beach in Los Cabos and Buddha Bar in Mexico City. Mica won the Bacardi Legacy cocktail competition in Mexico in 2013, placed 2nd in Diageo World Class Mexico in 2014, and he was the 2016 Diageo World Class Mexico winner, coming 7th in the world. Born in Tours, France with French and Portuguese roots, Mica is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
